It is important for me to make you feel comfortable during the walk. So I carry a powerbank with me, in case your phone will run out of battery, and I will meet you with coffee if you are just from the airport, and I will bring treats if you are with children.

I work on a prepaid basis, and it's not refundable. Therefore, you can cancel the tour even in five minutes before it starts.
Yes, you can move your tour dates not later than 5 days before the coordinated date.That is, if we have a planned walk on September 10, you can move your tour to another date and time before September 5. You can move your tour just once.
I don't have group tours which you can join, individual only. So you order your tour at a time that is convenient for you, no need to wait for anybody.
No, I don't conduct group tours, but individual ones, and you can't join them. But you can order an individual walk for yourself and your friends.
We take umbrellas and walk. If you don't have umbrellas, I'll take them with me for all the participants of the tour, just let me know in advance.
You can pay for a tour with a credit card or send the payment to my account of a self-employed individual.
Sure. I conduct excursions for both small and large groups. They have different specifics, but with any number of people the aim is to have an exciting walk around Kyiv. If the group has more than 2 people, the cost of the excursion will be discussed individually.
No. The photographer's presence doesn't affect the cost of the tour. Would you like him to come? He will. Don't need his services? The photographer won't come. You do not need to buy photos. We will send them to you on the same day.
Yes, you can. Just have in mind that you should pay a bit more attention to children under the age of 10 than to adults, which means that I will "work" for children so that they will not be bored. If you don't have a goal to show the city to children and you have an opportunity to leave children under five, leave. So that we will have more time. If there is no possibility, take them with you.
